Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 995bte website at https://995bte.net, registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or using any feature of the 995bte platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 995bte (the "Platform" or "we" or "us").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the 995bte platform immediately and must not attempt to register an account or place any wager. Continued use of the platform is taken as ongoing confirmation of your acceptance of all Terms in force at the time of use.

These Terms should be read alongside the 995bte Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 995bte platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Minimum Age: You are at least 18 years of age. 995bte strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 18, without exception.
• Legal Capacity: You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• No Self-Exclusion: You are not subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement on 995bte or any other gambling platform of which you are aware. Attempting to register or play while self-excluded is a breach of these Terms.
• Personal Account: You are registering for a personal account and are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or on behalf of any other person or entity.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You will update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• Not a 995bte Employee: You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of an employee of 995bte or any of its game provider partners, where participation would constitute a conflict of interest.

Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors in their household from accessing online gambling platforms. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 995bte services, including depositing funds and placing wagers, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Bangladeshi mobile phone number. Each individual may hold only one registered account on 995bte. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts other than the first registered account will be closed without notice and any funds held therein may be forfeited at the discretion of 995bte.

• Password Security: You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your 995bte account and for keeping it confidential at all times. Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Two-Factor Authentication: 995bte strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. When active, 2FA requires a one-time code sent to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number whenever your account is accessed from an unrecognised device.
• Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 995bte support immediately at [email protected]. You remain responsible for all activity carried out under your account credentials until such time as you have reported a suspected breach and 995bte has confirmed suspension of access.
• Account Verification (KYC): 995bte conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts prior to enabling withdrawals. You may be required to submit copies of a valid national identity document (NID), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address, and a selfie for facial verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions.
• Account Accuracy: You must keep your registered account information accurate and up to date. Changes to your name, address, mobile number, or payment method should be reported to support promptly.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on 995bte are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). • Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 995bte account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to process. 995bte is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the 995bte finance team within 24 hours of submission during normal business operations on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Approved withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically received within 2 to 4 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This is a fraud prevention measure. 995bte reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals to alternative payment accounts.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any transaction identified as originating from or directed to a third party may be reversed and the account subjected to review.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in BDT. If your payment provider applies a currency conversion, any resulting conversion fee is your sole responsibility. 995bte does not charge currency conversion fees for BDT transactions.

Bonuses & Promotions

995bte offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, enhanced odds, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time the promotion is made available. The general principles governing all 995bte promotions are set out below.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible registered players who meet the criteria specified for each promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonus offers carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) that must be met through qualifying wagers before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. • Abuse Prevention: 995bte reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated software, or systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics. The determination of what constitutes abuse rests with 995bte and is final.
• Promotional Changes: 995bte reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, players who have already opted in will be permitted to complete the requirements of the original offer.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagering activity on the 995bte platform — including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and crash and arcade games — is subject to the specific rules governing each game type or market. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market. The following general principles apply across all wagering activity on 995bte.

• Bet Placement: A wager is deemed placed and confirmed when 995bte has accepted it and issued a bet reference number. Wagers that have not been confirmed by the system are not valid, and any apparent winnings associated with unconfirmed wagers will not be paid.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by 995bte at any time without prior notice.
• Sports Betting Rules: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as declared by the governing body of that sport. For cricket, results follow ICC or BPL official declarations as applicable. In the event of a match interruption or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that market, which are published in the sports betting section of the platform.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are updated in real time. 995bte reserves the right to suspend or void in-play markets at any time if there is reason to believe the integrity of the event has been compromised or if technical difficulties prevent accurate real-time pricing.
• Casino Game Outcomes: The outcomes of all slot games and non-live casino titles are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) supplied and maintained by 995bte's game provider partners including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. These RNGs are independently tested and certified to ensure statistical randomness.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games streamed by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live are subject to the rules of the respective game studio. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game hand, the round will be settled according to the studio's standard disconnection policy, a summary of which is available in the live casino lobby.
• Palpable Errors: 995bte reserves the right to void any wager placed at an obviously incorrect price or odds due to a system error, data feed error, or human input error. Such events are referred to as palpable errors. Where a wager is voided due to a palpable error, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

Prohibited Conduct

The integrity of the 995bte platform and the fairness of the experience for all players depends on every user adhering to the standards of conduct set out in these Terms. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of your agreement with 995bte.

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud 995bte or other players, including but not limited to: using stolen payment credentials, providing false identity information, exploiting technical vulnerabilities, or manipulating game outcomes through unauthorised means.
• Money Laundering: Using the 995bte platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 995bte is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required.
• Automated Wagering: Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place wagers, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to: chip dumping in poker, signalling in live games, or sharing information about hole cards or dealer hands.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider while retaining wagering activity or winnings generated using the disputed funds. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation.
• Misuse of Bonuses: Opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome or deposit bonus, or systematically exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with good faith participation.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 995bte staff or other players via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Operating any form of betting syndicate, affiliate scheme, or commercial operation using 995bte accounts without the express written consent of 995bte management.

Account Suspension & Closure

995bte reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• At the request of the player under a self-exclusion arrangement.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (see Section 3).
• Identification of the account holder as an underage individual.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your 995bte account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request and confirmation of your identity, 995bte will close your account and return your remaining account balance to your verified payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or investigation holds.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion directly from their account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. Limitation of Liability

• No Warranty: 995bte makes no representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, its uninterrupted operation, or the accuracy of any odds, results, statistics, or game data displayed on the platform.
• Technical Failures: 995bte shall not be liable for any loss of funds, missed wagering opportunities, or other harm arising from technical failures, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: power outages, telecommunications failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or civil unrest.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as limiting 995bte's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Amendments & Governing Law

995bte reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 995bte will notify registered players by email to the address on file and will publish a notice on the platform homepage for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect. For minor or clarificatory amendments, the updated Terms will be published with an updated effective date and no separate notification will be issued.

Your continued use of the 995bte platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and 995bte with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, communications, and agreements on the same subject matter.

Language: These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in English. No translation of this document shall be binding on either party.
